Caroline Bradley opened Bradley Personnel Consultants in 1969. In 1994 her daughter in law, Debbie Bradley purchased the business from her and continued in personnel.
As we saw the results of background reports and drug tests from other companies in the area, we knew there was a local need for quality and well-rounded pre-employment services.
In 2007 we began doing pre-employment screening and in February of 2010, we officially changed the name to Bradley Screening, LLC.
We at Bradley Screening believe in strong customer service. We try to make people feel comfortable with a home-style atmosphere. Our goal is to satisfy the donors and our customers by delivering the best high-quality employment background screening services.
Debbie Bradley says, "I really enjoy the pre-employment screening. After working in personnel for so many years, I enjoy seeing the other side of the job placement process. Each year we have steadily grown and along with that growth has come knowledge. Our experience, capabilities, and services compete with National Companies."
In August of 2019 we will celebrate 50 of Business in The River Region. We look forward to the next 50 and want to thank our clients, partners, and community!
