Bradley Screening opened its doors in 1969 as Bradley Personnel Consultants. After 40 years in the Personnel Business we saw a need in the Montgomery area to background reports and drug screening.  There was not a local background Screening Company in the Montgomery Area.

Buying background reports and drug tests from other company and seeing the results we saw a local need for these services.

In 2007 we began doing pre-employment screening and March 2010 we officially changed the name to Bradley Screening, LLC.

I really enjoy the pre-employment screening. After working in personnel and depending on someone else now we send the reports to our company’s and its their decision.
